Zombie Arena
Clear a round, pick an upgrade, go again. Small arena, escalating rounds, choices that compound.
Zombie Blaster is the game we point every new visitor at first. It is a straightforward top-down arena shooter: you move freely, you aim with the mouse or your thumb, and you hold off waves of zombies that get faster and tougher the longer you last. Everything else on the site builds on the habits this game teaches.
Survive as many waves as possible and post the highest score you can. Each kill scores, and consecutive kills without taking damage build a combo multiplier up to ×4.

The arena is a single enclosed space with no cover, which is a deliberate choice. Cover would let you solve the game by finding one good corner; without it, safety has to be recreated every few seconds through movement. Zombies enter from all four edges, so there is never a direction you can permanently ignore.
Your weapon holds twelve rounds and reloads over roughly a second and a half. That reload is the central tension of the whole game. Firing is nearly free, but the twelfth shot commits you to a vulnerable window, and choosing when to spend it is what separates a two-minute run from a six-minute one. Ammunition boxes drop periodically and refill the magazine instantly, which makes them worth a genuine detour in a way that health packs often are not.
Difficulty arrives in three layers. Waves grow in size, enemy types diversify from slow walkers to fast runners and finally armoured brutes that absorb four hits, and the gap between waves shortens. By wave eight the arena is rarely empty, and the game stops being about clearing the screen and starts being about keeping a lane open.
